In no way are we responsible for items lost in the mail. That's why USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, and DHL all have something called insurance. If you don't buy insurance, please, don't complain to us for losses. No one is perfect, hence why you should purchase the insurance. If we get one item, and not the money/other item, we will simply send the item/money back to whomever sent it to us.
We are not responsible for markers damedged through shipping. The ones trading are responsible for packing the marker well enough so no damedge is applied.
If the item description, color, amount/quality of wear, amount of cash, upgrades, etc is not exactly agreed on by both parties, the parties have 48 hours to clear up any disagreements, before item is shipped back to the origional owner, and payment is lost. If you are to come back and do business again, you can, but you must pay again.
No item is shipped not up to standards. In other words, if a marker is all scratched up, we will consult the buyer, and show evidence that it isn't what describe. If the item is rejected, the one who sent the faulty item will loose their money, but the buyer will get his money back(if the seller purchased the complete service, no money is returnable)
